On a recent trip to Orlando from out of town Thanksgiving week, I ended up a nail in my tire and needed a new tire for our trip back home to Savannah. Called the tow service and they didn't know where I could get it fixed and might not be able to get it done at all because of the holiday. I called the Acura dealership beginning of Nov on a Monday and spoke with Jeremy. Jeremy was very helpful, and we texted back and forth several times about what I was looking for. I did research beforehand, so I knew what I wanted. At the end of the week, I told him I was coming in and he was ready with the car! 2 years ago i bought my first car here with Vincent. My 2013 Acura has been amazing and treated me so well. So when my husband was in the market for his first car we made sure Fountain Acura was our first stop. Vincent greeted us outside immediately, recognizing me and the car. He got us an amazing deal and we walked out with keys in hand the same day. I had a problem with my battery and they were the nearest dealership to me. I drove there and they took care of me with no hesitation. They solved my problem and I was able to go on with my day.

I’ve been here on vacation and blew a tire. Jocelyn was able to get me in and get my tire fixed the next day. Not sure why there are so many two star reviews here because the work they did for me was great The only thing keeping me from five stars because it was really busy and seemed a little frantic.
